Customer service could have been a little more attentive. I had to ask for someone to help me find a pair of shoes that fit. Once I did no one ever followed up to see if I found everything okay. I asked if they had any discounts like they usually do and they said that they don't have buy one get one half off .nAfter I checked out I got a coupon for 15% off.if I would have known I was going to get a coupon I would have bought one pair and came back and used the coupon since I spent $156 in the store for two pair of shoes.
Order shoes, pick up was great. Ordered wrong size nd exchange went smooth. Love shoe carnival
The staff was exceptionally helpful and nice. I needed to exchange a pair of shoes exchanged they ordered the correct size for me and they were shipped to me in less then 3 days.
I normal like this store but their selection of shoes r vary few and far in between. I was surprised not alot of styles of Nike r Adidas for woman. I was only checked on once by a younger guy but I prefer not to be bothered so thts a plus
Been going here for very long time and always happy with my purchases and workers are always very nice and friendly
