Dining was fine but the app to pay is faulty.nMy wife missed a digit in the zip code verification and got a fault that payment couldn't be processed. Corrected the zip code and continued to get a fault that payment couldn't be processed.nPaid using my credit card (with all correct information) and got the same fault.nChecked our bank's app before leaving and confirmed that we had been charged twice for the same meal.nNotified manager immediately and was told that my card would be refunded. Never happened.nCalled the following week, provided all the information and was told that it would be corrected and I'd get a call back. Never happened.nCalled again the following week, provided all the information again and was told that it would be corrected and I'd get a call back. Never happened.nBeing out $91 isn't the end of the world, but this is bad business practice.

I Stopped by this afternoon to pick up my online order. Upon entering the establishment the only people present were a group of four who were standing in the entrance to the bar an appeared to be waiting to be seated. After waiting several minutes for an employee to appear I called the business that I was currently standing in to alert them that I was here to pick up my order. The employee who finally answered the phone directed me to go to the bar. So after squeezing through the group blocking the entrance I tell the the bar tender that I am here to pick up my order. She tells me to sign the receipt she slides over and then walks away to continue chatting with the rest of the staff. I than had to interrupt her (receiving an annoyed look) to ask if the bag sitting near by was my order. If I hadn't paid ahead, tip included I would have walked out sans order and gone to a restaurant who actually wants customers. When I came here pre-Covid the service was also terrible so really I shouldn't be surprised. Thankfully for me their won't be a third time. Also if you're going to have one way traffic flow, don't lock the EXIT ONLY door.

Ate outside, nice day. That was the best part. Sadly, our server was not very attentive. We waited quite a while for a soda and beer. Then ordered, took a while for food and we had to find her for another drink order. We didn't ask for our check, may have had another drink, but the host gave us our bill before we even started the second beer. I guess we're all set.

Usually a fan of Brick & Ash but disappointed with today's visit. Website says Sundays half off apps, BUT was told after getting the check it only applies during game time. Make sure you know before you go.
