First time I ever ate oysters in my life and they were marvelous. The Irish Point, Aunt Dotty who, so good. The crab dip and mussels were so rich and good. Brine is the place to try everything.

We had such an amazing time at Brine! Celebrating with a little girls’ trip during covid isn’t the easiest thing but their safety precautions and enforcing of said precautions made us feel so safe. We also had the funniest, friendliest waitress Maeve! She was wonderful. I would say something more about the food, but we all know it’s consistently delicious. Would highly recommend the watermelon tequila drink (I’m forgetting the name). The bartender is killer! Couldn’t have asked for a better, safer experience.

One of our favorite special occasion spots. Once I brought my in-laws with us for a meal - they live in Manhattan and were skeptical of getting a great meal outside of a city center. They were so impressed by the quality of the food that they still talk to us about Brine. We love the oysters of course and can’t not order the clam chowder every time. Love that the menu rotates based on seasonal ingredients.

Interesting menu. Sometimes you just need to treat yourself to a well presented meal. Our steak was served with smoked roasted vegetables on a celeriac puree. Yummy.

Amazing flavors from soup, to small plate, to dessert. Chefs perfectly seasoned every dish. Our waiter did a wonderful job, but as the restaurant began to fill up I think the kitchen may have struggled to keep up with the rush. Atmosphere was perfect. Exterior was not particularly inviting, but reviews were quite good.
