Very friendly cashier, and clean store.

Called today after setting up my first pick up and repeat delivery order. When I called to ask some questions because I never received an email about my pick up, Justin picked up the phone. Just proceeded to try and look up my order by name and when that didn’t work he tried to look it up by my order number. When neither of these worked, he told me their store did not have my order and proceeded to ask if I accidentally placed it for the wrong store. I explained I was looking at my receipt in my account online and actually called the store number from the receipt. He then verified the store address, 8600 Madison. Things were fine up until this point. Then he simply said, well we do not have your order. I then asked for a manager because I was looking at my receipt, order number and my card had been charged. He chuckled and said he was the GM. I said, great, so since my card has been charged and I’m looking at my order, what do we do? He said...I don’t know. I don’t have it. Okay??? So my card has been charged and I’m staring at my order. His response, “I do not know. I do not have it and I am not looking at your phone.” Wow. How is that for customer service? And by a GM? Luckily, I called the 877 number and they were extremely kind and helpful and I explained how ridiculously unhelpful the GM was at this store. They got it all straightened out after caring to dig into the problem. Sadly, I was excited to have this store close to us and appreciated everyone when I visited the first time, however I will not be back.

Great customer service! We were greeted as we walked in the door and asked if we needed help while looking at items. Friendly helpful staff is always a plus! Having the new pet food I needed on sale was a nice perk too!

I was left waiting in line and when an associate finally came up he checked out a couple, that he had been chatting with who had not been waiting in line, first. Then when I got to the register and presented my prescription card, that ive used at multiple different locations, he told me he couldn’t accept it because their personal vet hadn’t issued it. Poor customer service. He was an older man with light colored hair.

From the Vet to the store the staff were very friendly. In the big city of Kansas City the staff made you feel like it was a small town store and you were just catching up with an old friend. The store was very clean. I would definitely suggest my friends and family go here and shop.
