Kohl's

Store is beautiful, clean and well organized but the Amazon return associate has a disgusting attitude. Apparently I'm not the only one who experienced this women's love and kindness. It was a simple return so very quick and easy so I'm not sure what this women's problem is

I like Kohls and do a lot of shopping there, however, today they were ill equipped to deal with the volume of customers. I was unwilling to get in the line that wrapped all the way from the registers at the front of the store to Customer Service located in the back of the store.nnAlthough I had spent time shopping for what I came for and found what I came for, I had to leave the items behind; very disappointing.nnKohls, you can do better.

Clean, well layed out and very large. Great place to buy baby clothes. A huge selection including Carter, Disney and Nike. Prices and sales are excellent. Checkout line moves fast. A real surprise was how large and clean their bathrooms were. Store is well organized.

Clean and quiet. I wish they had a better system in how things are organized. Sometimes it can be challenging to get find items.

The store is very neat and organized. The entirety of the staff were respectful and helpful.
