Working out of town needed new 4417 had a cashier named Rick try telling me my foot is two sizes smaller than it actually was and got frustrated with me when I needed a bigger boot didn’t offer me to stand on the foot scanner and when I did I sent a photo of my results to my wife that works for redwing and she told me the scanner is wrong and needs calibrated I said something to Rick he lied to my face and said he recalibrated it everyday which I found out you cannot do with the system they are running only can do that with the albert two system which they clearly don’t have so they are being reported to redwing and I feel to spend this much for good quality boots better costumer service should be offered I will not recommend this dealer and will not return to this store my advice is drive a little further to the best boot store !!!
