My foot doctor sent me to Shoe Fly knowing how desperate I was to get shoes that could help my highly aching feet. I stand for a living! So I went right over. The sales associate Zack made it painless! He was kind, proper, well informed and very very nice and easy to talk to. He put me in a shoe that immediately I could feel the difference! Hope tomorrow is the first of many less aching days for my feet!! My feet have been in the wrong shoes for so long and the wrong size and width that the correct shoes might take a bit to get use to. As of now, Great shoes with extra cushion for my sore feet! Thanks again Zack at ShoeFly in Frederick!!

Came to this store at the recommendation of a podiatrist, on a whim stopped in to see what they had for newly diagnosed plantars fasciitis. There was another patron and I in the store. Store worker man walks right by me, no greeting, no I'll be right with you. I waited for other customer to leave and the worker comes over to me. I explained the plantars situation and said I wanted to get something. I had on sandals, no gym socks. He asked if I had gym socks that I would need to try on shoes, at which time I looked at the box of nylon slip on socks on the floor. I asked him, if they didnt have a gym sock throw away like Nike. Worker Says to me, they are Nike; to which I retorted, well you're charging just as much as Nike. End of interaction.nnNo thank you. Rude sales person. Snarky and inattentive. Sad, because I'd prefer to support local businesses rather than mail order. I cant help to wonder why a box of nylon socks were sitting in the store, but I was told I needed a full gym sock. Keep in mind, the worker never asked me if I was looking for a shoe or a sneaker. You just have to wonder...

Very nice staff and nice shoe selection. You could tell Dave loved his job and wanted to help. From new to experienced runners— I very much recommend this store for lifestyle and athletic shoe needs!!!
