Best Primary Care location in Frederick, Maryland! I’ve been going here for about two years and love it. My doctor is Melissa Davis and she is phenomenal. She is always so kind and patient. The front desk employees are wonderful as well. I was shocked when I read other reviews suggesting otherwise. Lisa is my favorite, and I can’t thank them enough for all that they do. They understand that we are coming because we are sick and they open their hearts and try to help the best they can. They don’t have any mean intentions. I think things are easily misconstrued over the phone and patients tend to get impatient. Every employee that works there is equally as important and deserves the same respect. I’m so happy that I changed offices and feel safe and welcome when I’m sick.

I wish I could refer the medical group at 56 TJC Ste 200 to my friends or family, but I can't. My primary doctor retired and I was never notified. I was passed along to a PA as if I didn't matter. The doctor who replaced my primary could hardly look me in the eye and didn't ask many questions. It took me 2.5 hrs to get into my medical records online. This medical practice would prefer to do all their business online and schedule appointments via MyPrivia which is the most un-user friendly app I have ever seen. I had to work with their help desk who wanted me to turn off my cookie blocker. I found 3 diagnoses noted on my medical record that no one has ever talked to me about!??! I was very surprised and will be seeking a new primary doctor elsewhere.

The worst primary care ever.nnI called to cancel the appointment because I couldn’t make it so she said ok the next one will be in27 days. I told her , do you have one in next week she said There is one in 23 days I said no , so she said do you want to cancel everything with us are you going to come back???
