I recommend Olive Garden in Frederick MD. Great service from all the servers. From the moment you call to make a reservation they are eager to ensure you have a great time with them. They will make sure that they have room for you. The warm welcome we received was such a pleasant surprise we knew we would be in great hands. The food is delicious and what a great deal you get! My girlfriend and I ate here last night. It was the best experience we’ve ever had at an Olive Garden. The food was unbelievable and our waiter Will C was even better. We will definitely be returning for future dining. We will also absolutely be requesting Will C as our server.
I love their food but they failed miserably on February 8, 2021. I called to order pickup. They put me on hold for 20 minutes. While on hold I downloaded the app and ordered that way. They gave me a free dessert for holding but didn’t give me part of my order and totally messed up my wife’s chicken Parmesan. I live 30 minutes away, I wasn’t going back. I tipped on the order but feel like that was robbery.nnI am happy to add that they redeemed themselves in better than expected fashion. I got a call, an apology and a gift card. Anyone can make an error buts it’s all about how you come back from that. Well done!!
Both the service and food were great. The manager, Chris, was very nice when he stopped by our table to make sure everything was going well. You could tell the teamwork was above par here.
Ordered spaghetti with meat sauce. I requested angel hair pasta. I did not receive angel hair. This happened 3 weeks ago. I tried again last week and it happened again.angel hair is very thin not what I received.
