Great wings!
Why can't they get a pickup order correct? Almost every time there is something wrong with our pickup order. Today my chicken wrap 1/2 the size it usually is. UGH!nFood is good if they can get your order right.
The food was quite good. It took longer than normal for our meals to be served but I tend to think it was because they were slightly understaffed. But our wait staff was courteous and considerate. Timeliness would have earned the last star.
My husband and I stopped here for lunch while driving home to Ohio. Ohio has BW3, my husband loves their wings. I can never find anything to my taste. This place was so different from our local BW3 in a very good way. I thought the menu was better, food was fresher and tasted better, wonderful waitress, nice decor. Wished I lived nearby...........
Would give zero stars if possible. Ordered carry out yesterday. My order wasn’t even there, they didn’t say anything to me. Another customer came back into the restaurant returning my food. The worker then handed me the bag of food that had already left the building refusing to make a new order during COVID. My food was cold and dry (the wings had little to no sauce). Oh and I was missing my fries. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had here and they didn’t do anything about it. Don’t waste your money on carry out here.
