We were ordering carryout from this Chili's every week or two for about six months. At first, everything was great. Then small items would be left off our order, portion sizes shrunk and finally, we were given someone else's order even though the bag had our receipt on it. I called and spoke to the evening manager, Earl, who promised to remake our order and credit the charge so we drove back. He never credited the charge. We're done with this place.

Very easy to pick up to go order. Food was great and service was on time and quick!
