They would not give my husband his prescription injection. They said they are not allowed to do this. That would be fine, but they gave him his shot months ago with no problem. No one could explain to me why this was allowed. So basically they do things that they are not authorized to do.
The doctor lisa is a nasty lady. She had no rights to trash my name. I came in to get checked and she doesnt bother to ask to help or ask what's wrong. She immediately just starts being rude.
Hello I am a new patient to this practicenI live in frostburg.so it is easily addable.i had used this urgent care several times the staff were all very professional and I received compassionate care.also they are equiped with lab testing and x-rays I found it to be a very welcoming and helpfull place to receive good medical care.I had contacted my old pc when I was scared I had covid they told me to go to the er at the hospital and explained they had a tent for testing.i was scared to go cuz if I did not have covid ? I was concerned I would get it.i went to frosburg urgent care the very next day for drive through testing and I am negative for covid.i find it to be a great blessing for frosrburg to have this medical care.i give it five stars cleanliness is a great attribute as well as the great care they give here .the staff is very helpful and I like it when they take the time to listen to my concerns.and that they have always treated me appropriately .ud83dude03 I Would recommend this urgent care and primary practice over the hospital hands down ud83dudd3bud83dude005 ☀ufe0f☀ufe0f☀ufe0f☀ufe0f☀ufe0fud83eudd29 starr's
Great experience..the staff was wonderful and very polite and friendly. I literally called several times a day and each person I spoke to was great.
This urgent care center is a joke. The entire front office staff is rude as soon as you walk in the door. Like you being there is bothering them. They aren’t sympathetic at all for patients needs. The doctors are even worse. They come into the room for about 30 seconds and walk back out. I have been there on two separate occasions and my daughter has once where they didn’t even do an examination. They just shew you out the door. The dr down right refused to see my daughter and just sent her on her way. I sincerely hope you clean house at that place and replace everyone cuz they all don’t deserve their jobs. I won’t go back and I will make sure no one in my family does either.
