Well it started off average,but when I got ,I must say Martha,took exceptional care of you me,she followed up,and was jovial and considerate at the same time! Not to mention Dr.Dumas was a class act. I'll definitely go back! But I hope I stay well...lol

So immediately after entering the clinic I was overwhelmed with a grate deal of assistance and over exceeded help and love.. Every one of my needs where met , and any concerns I had were cleared.. The staff at the front desk were more than extraordinary assistance.... I love they help and concern of the whole clinic. ALL THE PEOPLE IN THIS OFFICE DISERVES RAISES AND PROMOTION. I strongly recommend everyone to go to this kenner location bc I have been to multiple locations and this is by far the most helpful and the most productive location.

This place is a joke. Went and got blood work done and not only did it take forever to get the results in but the way they tell you bad news is unexceptable! On top of that they only give you slight details over the phone to make sure they can take your money by going in for another visit. I had to call back again to receive answers. First I was told I had diabetes. Then it was pre diabetic. When she first called it was like yes your blood sugar numbers were high.... I'm like OK so meaning..... Or your diabetic were putting you on medicine and then rushing me off the phone. Went in another time to order a sleep test to see if I have sleep apnea 2 months later after I found out right away I did have it still no cpap machine. I call up every day and get the run around. Oh I don't see your file, oh I found it and it appears she forgot to send results in. Then oh you have to come in again to talk to doctor so we can order your machine. Then my wife went in and had blood work done. My wife told her from jump that her vein rolls if you stick her in the arm and has a history of the vein blowing out. The know it all nurse states she's the best and attempts to do it her way and realizes my wife was right then finally takes my wife's advice and draws blood from the correct place. My wife went home with a blown vein again and a severely swollen arm. I would rate a zero if possible. There are no real doctors or nurses in this place. Just uneducated, slang talking people. Staff if very rude and sarcastic.

They are very professional and they care about my health.

Never have to wait long. The staff is great.
