Ochsner Medical Center - Kenner

The Ochsner Kenner Emergency Room staff, medical and administrative, are kind and caring. My personal physician is also at Ochsner Kenner in the medical office building and I have never gotten sub-par service or care here.

Nurse named shannon didn't give my last dose of antibiotics and pain medication before she she was quick to discharge me. I came home horrible. She was very rude and didn't Express any concerns about my health. As well as the doctor.my husband tried to reach out to the doctor and he had left hospital so quickly without see me as a patient.

All I have to say about Ochsner and the people working there is best said by Tony the tiger. They are grrreat. I wish I could remember the names of everyone that took care of me, because they helped me so much when I was feeling so bad. It was like spending time with my friends. No, family would be a better way of putting it. Everyone was so easy to talk to, and I even picked up some good recipes to try out. To tell you the truth, I really want to thank Frank Lauland. His heart is so special, and it's people like him that makes Ochsner the best. I also want to thank Heather Bretz. I think she was one of the first to greet me when I got to the 4th floor. She was so sweet, and I guess she felt my pain, because when she was leaving the room, she stopped and turned around and said, she was going to pray for me. I really needed that. Back to Frank. Man, you are right about putting peanut butter in oatmeal. Put a smile on my face, you know, I'm thinking about sneaking in some jelly next time. I'm sorry I can't remember all of the names of the people that took good care of me, but I want y'all to know that I will never forget you, and all of the conversations we had. I really miss you all.
