Rating scale is adjusted, airport scale. In the real world, this would be 1 Star. Service was friendly and decent. Food was sub par. Burger hardly warm, sweet potato fries wimpy and cool. Crispy chicken sandwich not even warm. Regular fries ok. New to this airport, I’m 0 for 3.
Table service was extremely poor. Wait time was excessive. Food was fast food quality but restaurant prices. Extremely flimsy plastic utensils that would not cut the chicken breast.
Cold fries, room temperature fried chicken sandwich, extremely slow service. Spent a week in NOLA for Mardi Grais and this was the worst service, prices, and food quality. I would suggest anywhere but this place.
There is a cashier savanah (May be missed spelled.) I have Visited this bar several times and have never been ignored while sitting at the bar waiting to be served. She attended to people walking up before me and she stated to me. I will be right there in a second. 10 minutes later after servicing the FEW people that was there. She went to the back and stayed there for a few minutes. I took that as she didn’t want to help or service me. Avoid this place. Never again.
Rude bartender... the one with the nose ring. Nobody likes to work. We get it. Don't take it out on the customers and give us attitude.
