My experience wasn’t a positive one. I waited in line for more than 10 minutes with one worker working and the other standing around. Neither acknowledged me. A male customer approached the counter and they helped him first, followed by helping another customer that arrived after me. I asked why no one helped even though they knew I was there first. I was told that someone would by right with me but that also never happened. When I eventually made my purchase I commented to both managers that it is a horrible feeling standing there and not being acknowledged.

Go to The shoe Department in Alexandra and ask for Jojo and he will go out of his way to make sure you get what you came for.

Biggest Shoe Store I have ever seen in my life.... Hooked up on some church shoes & a ball purse.... Birthday 2 die 4!
