I have never had a more pleasant experience with any Veterinarian or Staff. Their attention to not only my hurt little Sadie but me as well, made a terrible experience so much better. It is obvious that Dr. Bynog and his staff truly love their patients. I feel so fortunate to have found them. They are such good people and will certainly be blessed for their care, kindness and affection.
Front office communication problem. Discovered only when I told them my name. I did have an appointment. The medical staff was great, but had a 2 hour wait in parking lot.
