I visited your location yesterday (Thursday) and I just want to give a shout out and a big Thank you to the server Monica....she did an amazing job. It was truly the best service I’ve ever had there and I come there quite often. I never had to ask for a refill, my order came out 100% correct, she just made it a very pleasant experience and next time I come I’ll surely be asking for her.

I ate Logan’s yesterday by myself simply so I could have some me time and peace of mind after a rough past few days. I was seated quickly but waiting on my waitress to acknowledge me is another story. Which so happens to be one of the people this complaint is about. Obviously there was some type of confrontation going on amongst two of the employees one being my waitress. I’m not sure what they were arguing about and that’s not my concern what bothered me was the fact of how loud and obnoxious and just unprofessional they were being in front of everyone in there. You could probably hear them arguing outside. The guy manager just stood there and did nothing, just allowed them to carry on. A female manager then comes from somewhere and ask them to hold it down to not be like that in front of the guest and she did come and apologize to the tables for the chaos that took place. I feel like if she wouldn’t have came when she did the guy manager would have just let it continue. My point is that is not a good look for a restaurant that hasn’t been reopened for long. It is very unprofessional and totally ruined my what was supposed to be my me time.

My husband and I were celebrating our wedding Anniversary and I'm so glad he picked Logan's!! We both had very tender and delicious steaks. The rolls were baked to perfection and the perfect temperature (hot) and our waitress was so nice. She made sure we had whatever we needed at all times!! Thank you!!
