I adore this little shop. It has an awesome collection of goods from small businesses. I often find cute, unique gifts throughout the year and some fun things for myself and my home, too. The atmosphere of this little shop is charming. I made an order online during quarantine and it was delivered (locally) within 24 hours - even in a cute little package with a sweet gracious note! We're lucky to have Sonder & Co. in Pittsburg!
One girl who works here has an attitude. She was very dry when I asked a question and I just overall did not have a good experience here. The store is very small and is mostly T-shirts, which is fine. However, almost all of them just say 'Pittsburg' and since I don't live there that's just not something that generally appealed to me. I would have rated this higher had the customer service been good, but she clearly didn't want to be bothered with me.
Friendly and helpful customer service, and I love supporting local artists and crafters!
Absolutely love this little shop. So cute and the girls that work there are so sweet. They are definitely one of my first shops I go to whenever I need a gift for someone!
Amazing local curation that helps students get their creative endeavors out there and allows the small business to thrive. Perfect little shop for that gift you didn't know you needed to get for a friend (or, let's be honest-- for yourself).
