switching banks for all my businesses. everyone else is figuring out how to be open even if just drive thru during COVID except BOA. cant operate with all the branches near me closed.
I wish I could leave no stars. It has nothing to do with this branch in particular but the corporate is terrible. They keep your money from you and don’t even care that you have bills to pay. I will be leaving ASAP. But they won’t let me till my check that I deposited clears. No hospitality and the corporate manager has a very bad attitude and no cares. Everyone I know will know to never go to Bank of America. It’s been a nightmare.
It close, convenient and the people are friendly
The service is horrible. When I walk up to the counter, I am very patient and polite, but the ladies that work there won't even give me a smile or greet me. They're paid to assist us and show us kindness, but this place is seriously lacking in customer service skills.
