The people that I have dealt with are SUPER FRIENDLY and very helpful.nWhen I am in the area, I always stop in and pick my babies up something to snack on.nIf they are in the SUV, they know it is “... going to be a great day for them!”nCheck this place out for all your pet supplies. You won’t be disappointed with prices and quality service and knowledge. Thanks.

Jan 17 2021-- 1star-- I really like to shop locally when i can to keep the business here in Covington. I will NEVER EVER shop here again. Went into the store today, wearing my mask, saw the sign saying to wear a mask, and felt as safe as you can feel in this pandemic out in public. I noticed NONE of the employees where wear their masks. I put the merchandise back on the self, and politely told the staff, I would never shop at their store again, because the employees are not even following health guidelines, and pointed out the sign on the door. Went to kroger, and walk back to my car, and noticed they took down the sign advising you need to wear a mask.nnOct 2019--3 stars---I was saddened to hear that we were not able to handle the pets because they have had a lot of animal deaths with the hamsters, Guinea pigs, and ferrets.

I don't know what happened. I been bringing my dog here for almost 5 years now and our trip today was so unpleasant. My dog's grooming went from $55 to $65! A full groom doesn't include what she used to get, which was a bath, trim, and nails filed. She doesn't even get bows in her ears or a scarf anymore. I wasn't informed about the price changes until AFTER I dropped her off. I received a call about an additional $10 for detangling after services was started on her. Isn't that part of the job???? The customer service has declined so bad. Even scheduling is a hassle. As a long time customer I expect to be notified of price changes while scheduling.

Great selection and friendly groomers. My dog gets his nails done here and then picks out a treat or toy from their wide selection of dog products.

Loved the grooming dept until now. Kristin does an awesome job on my Poms. Lately I can never get an appt unless I want to book 3 to 4 weeks out..they apparently don't work after 2 anymore. I wad told to go online to book..no thanks..customer service went out the window.
