If i can can give a 0 rating I will, because every time my wife go through the drive thru to DEPOSIT my check not CASH , DEPOSIT only! the teller by the name of Shirley won't let her do it because I'm not present. However Shirley's attitude is very Negative! And I've been banking with BB&T for several years now. My wife and I is on the same account.Every other Branch and tellers don't have a issue with it but for some odd reasons Shirley does. Customer service is the key to any successful business, and if BB&T wants to stay successful they need to fix the problem with Shirley.
Had a 1 pm appointment To open a new account currently waited 15 min outside the building no called an when I called them no one answered the phone
