Let see I had over 16,000 thousand dollars that got stolen out of my bank account here it is two years latter in still have not seen my money yet so I closed the bank account in I moved to a new bank I believe they still money out of bank account’s with a lot of money in them I would never use them again they suck

I hate my bank! Have for the last few months, before Covid! Shut down the branch by Ingles, then sold land and took out parking...now 20 people in line at drive thru because the lobby is still closed...this is 1st business day after the 15th!!! It's like this every time I come. I think there are 2 tellers! Got to remember to go to Loganville branch instead!

Staff great! However the location is AWFUL!!! NO PARKING ANYWHERE! Be prepared to sit in your car for at least 45 min to 1 hour for parking or drive through! Awful location!!!I will never go to this location again!

The staff at this location are incredible. I’ve never had a single problem with them and I genuinely enjoy talking with them. However, in recent months they built a Aspen dental IN THE PARKING LOT of this BBT. When I say the drive thru is absolute CHAOS, it is so awful that it has caused me to write this review. Like I said, the staff is amazing, but the bank itself is such an inconvenience that you’re better off going to the one on the square. I was there for over 45 minutes because there is no space for the drive thru so people in the drive thru block people parked in spaces and the building for aspen dental is so close, the people in the drive thru are trapped in line until the line moves. VERY FRUSTRATING
