An employee (a teller) of this bank went to our friend's house (uninvited) to offer her a gift. Our friend is in her 80's. The next day she wasn't feeling well. We had her tested and she had been exposed to COVID. A few days later she had to be taken to the hospital by 911. The BOA teller would risk infecting an elderly customer. Can you believe it? So much for looking out for the safety of their customers!!

The woman manager of this branch is horrible. Behavior is so bad and isn’t ethical. She never supports her employees just frantically paces lobby in unprofessional clothes, yes, we see bra through blouse and the tellers are too busy too many people and the line is too long. Elena refuses to help customers unless it’s a man she knows and I hate the fact too many banks shut down because of the COVID. I hate coming here and want to change banks over this manager. I have all money here, many hundreds thousands in different things investment banking too but whatever, I’m tired of this managers mistakes with my account when she did help me, cost me the fee, other bank took away because it’s her fault. Corporate needs to talk to this branch.

The small business manager Karim appears nice, but not a good promise keeper and even a liar. He often promises he will do it today, but nothing happens thereafter - multiple times. He wasted me a lot of time to chase him down but cannot get hold on him.

Truly one of the worst experiences I’ve witnessed at a bank. I can’t believe how unprofessional the manager Alena is at this bank. She refuses to help out her employees even though the tellers say she can jump behind the line and take care of transactions she leaves this one, sweet, overwhelmed black lady to handle everything and everyone while Alena stands at the door talking to one customer about non related banking business. And that’s just one example of the many times I’ve been here. Unbelievable. I wish I could say this is the first time I’ve seen Alena treat her people this way but it’s not. This is one of the few banks open during Covid and the poor people that actually work are really getting exposure because they have to deal with everything and wait if they need a “manager”. Corporate should step in. Unacceptable. The line is always through the bank out to the sidewalk almost and no help from Alena. Trust me, the tellers have had it.

Customer service is horrible. They dont allow you to use the bathroom nor make an effort to scan a document for you. I do not recommend. It's better customer service elsewhere.
