I had to stop by this branch on Tuesday, and Roger Pearson, one of the banking/ financial professionals was kind and knowledgeable, he was able to help me. So far i had a great experience with PNC Bank. Thank you!
Very pleased when I went in to set up my new bank account. Different design than I am used to in a bank (there is no counter), but very friendly and helpful.nOnly downside is once I became a member, they started calling me during the day while I was at work, sometimes 3 times in a week. If they left voicemails, they said it wasn't urgent and wanted to talk.. if it's not urgent then stop calling me at work lol! When I called, it is just their cold calls trying to get you to come in to upsell different products. Salesmen is not what I really want in a bank.
