I’d leave a zero if I could. Waited 45 min to cash check. They told me they’d verify it and to wait in my car and then get back in line (20people in line) to wait again to get to teller second time. Absolutely ridiculous. I’d never be a customer here

If there was a star for zero. I'd gladly give bank of america a zero star rating. I have to cash my paycheck at bank of america because it's drawn on this bank. I have badly damaged lungs from a industrial accident. I have enough trouble breathing normally. But when I explained to the overzealous security guard that I can't breath. She was indifferent. I had that mask on so I could cash my paycheck. I began to get light headed. And my chest began getting tight as I struggled to get air into my lungs. Bank of america. Does care about people who have medical conditions that make breathing difficult normally.

Waited 45 minutes in hot sun line never moved. Guess when you are to big to fail customers don't matter.

The customer service here is really bad excepted only Tien Huynh, she helps me with everthing I need.nThe line here is always long, I have been there 10 times, the lines always long, I dont know why the tellers do so long, I just only need to deposit the business check it only took 1 min but I always have to wait for an hour sometimes in very sunny and hot day(90-100F) and sometimes in heavy rainy day too, there is no cover outside for customers to wait. It extremely hot and tired for waiting long long line!

I had an emergency and I needed to get an appointment, unfortunately everybody was caught up.nThen Mme Tien Huynh, came up to me greeted me and asked me what I needed.nI explained her that I had an emergency and I needed to see a notary.nShe fixed my issues in a matter of seconds, and I didn’t thank her enough.nI do not know if she’s the manager in that branch, but if she’s not then she needs to be, because she deserve it, excellent costumer skills, big smile, and time efficient, I really can’t describe her enough...nnAnyways, thank you so Mme Tien
