This is by far the worst Suntrust location!nMy company uses Suntrust for all the metro atlanta area stores and I've been to 6-8 branches and again this is the slowest service EVER!nGood thing we are switching to Wells Fargo come end of year.nNot to mention the branch manager has the worst customer service and is the laziest person as she sits in her office and does nothing when there is a line of cars in the drive thru and there is only one person working the drive thru lines. Next there is always something wrong with their system and it take 20+ minutes to do a simple deposit.nIf you have to go to Suntrust I suggest driving couple more miles down the road.
Everyone is very welcoming and seems to know what they are doing unlike other Banks that I have been to. Great place I recommend SunTrust to anyone.
By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Sat in the waiting area for 25 minutes before I was acknowledged and then waited another 40 mins before someone actually attended to me. This bank sucks.
Horrible experience with this bank employees .. they don't know anything.. if u ask them anything , they will give straight answer they don't know.. and this bank is number 1 thief nd racist..I am withdrawing my bank account from there
Love this place. Personal is always so welcoming and so friendly. I really do recommend quick service.
