Horrible customer service! One bank teller started yelling at me just to get two forms of ID to cash a check. She couldn’t even ask for two forms of ID respectfully!

Horrible customer service experience on more than one occasion at this branch from the same teller! I truly tried to give her the benefit of the doubt. Teller Stephanie has discriminated against me every time I’ve interacted with her.nShe is clearly racist, as this area is predominantly Hispanic. I attempted to escalate this matter to the branch Manager, who instead of listening to my concerns, blatantly showed no regard or concern at all. (She’s Hispanic as well) Which I recorded and plan to send to corporate. I will be closing my account with this bank due to this situation. This is not how you show appreciation to clients/bankers. We choose Wells Fargo, when in fact we could have chosen other banks. I’ve never felt the need to write a review on a company except on one other occasion, so that goes to say that I’m not a complainer. However, this should be documented. I had no knowledge that Wells Fargo has had lawsuits for discrimination until this occurred, and I clearly see why! It’s very disheartening. People are already dealing with a pandemic right now, & then to have to experience discrimination is unacceptable!!!

Let me start by mentioning that I'm not a wellsfargo account holder, however the service i got today at this location was beyond excellent. I'm leaving my bank so I can get the exceptional customer service I received at this branch location.nnStephen along with the branch manager were super helpful. They made accommodations for me so i could run errands on my boyfriend's behalf without violating any bank protocol. Francis and i are beyond grateful to the pair of them. They're absolutely brilliant.

Excellent Branch. Vern Gwynn is very knowledgeable and Tahanyie is super professional. Yim is fantastic as a business banker. Great Staff and very good at what they do.
