Absolute worse experience ever, the Tall African American Branch Manager denied to cash a chase check and gave me no reason why but the fact that it was near closing time and didn't want to deal with it so Hs wouldn't even stop walking away across the bank raising his voice and having me scream my questions across the room. Never coming back or giving them any business.

This branch is absurd and the branch manager is not at all helpful. I came to open a checking account, after my account was opened online and for unknown reasons was canceled. I was told by chase over the phone to come in with proper documentation and multiple forms of ID, which I did. I first saw a bank representative who seemed like he was going to help me work through these issues, instead he pawned me off to the branch manager. The branch manager did not seat me in his office, and placed me on a random corner teller table and gave me a phone to hold (they called another representative to inquire) and he left! He was roaming around and didn’t even bother checking in on me, even after I told him to come multiple times as the representative over the phone wanted to explore why My account was canceled. I finally got him over and he had NO IDEA of what to do, told me that I needed to come back to verify (which is why I was there in the first place), and that I was ineligible for a promotional offer....this was a branch manager?? This is not how you treat your clients. Just a terrible experience!

Normally this branch is great, but lately they have been out of cash at the ATM and not accepting deposits, and now suddenly the branch is closed temporarily with no explanation and the ATMs have no cash. Over the last few months, I have been to the ATM several times and there have been notes that they don't accept deposits and various other issues. Chase, you need to get it together.

The manager was rude and not willing to help us opening a business acct. We had an appoinent and the lady was out and noneone called us to cancel it. Definitely not coming back to this bank.
