It's definitely a busy location, but I've always thought the service was very good. I'm always greeted kindly and asked about what I need so they can point me to whom I should speak with.

The branch manager Liz Perez is always very rude to me. I have been banking with Wells Fargo for over 27 years (also a former employee) and have never received such rude, un-courteous and unprofessional treatment in all my years. She picks and chooses whom she speaks to and she’s also very loud and obnoxious. I would not recommend this banking location to anyone. Sub par customer service.

It is very kind. Mr. Ken Ly is really kind and quick. His process is easy through. Location also convenience and complementary coffee taste good.
