Ameris Bank

I have only 3 years with this bank, customer service is super good. Marie D. Cantave Personal Banker attended to me, at that time her computer did not work well for her and it was almost 9:30 am when she began to attend me and I started working at 10:15 they did their best to help me and already I had to go and Marie says to me I can have everything ready for you at your time that you leave at 2:30 you only enter signatures and leave. And likewise, I arrived at the bank, she was with another client, but she got up and took me to another office, just firm and I left the bank in less than 5 minutes. I liked the service, she is super professional, she dedicated me just enough time. and necessarynnyo tengo con este banco apenas 3 años, el servicio al cliente es super bueno. a mi me atendio Marie D. Cantave Personal Bankernen ese momento no funsionaba su computador bien de ella y eran casi 9:30 am cuando me empezo a atender y yo entraba a trabajar a las 10:15 hicieron lo posible por ayudarme y ya tenia que irme y me dice Marie yo te puedo tener todo listo a tu hora que sales 2:30 solo entras firmas y te vas. Y asi mismo fue llegue entre al banco , ella estaba con otro cliente , pero se levanto y me llevaron a otra oficica solo firme y me fui del banco en menos de 5 minutos me gusto el servicio ella es super profesional ella me dedico el tiempo justo y necesario

I went today and I had a very bad experience from the bank because they did not want to change a check because I do not have that money in the account. Is possible that they could not help me if they have that money and I have this with them and I’m very disappointed also the woman who attended me is racist.

The friendliness of the consultant and professionalism was much appreciated during this visit.

Great service and very friendly. Bank manager Susan and her staff knows how to treat their customers. Angela is also a great personal banker. Love this bank and their staff.

Cant handle a small check for 6k don't trust this bank with a large lump some of money. If a check for 6 grand cant be handled in a timely manner I wouldn't be putting large amounts of money into this bank.
