This place is just ridiculous - they set their own local rule not to let customers in and keep them outside when it is windy and only 40 degrees. My decision was to go to another place. It may be a time to change my bank as well..
No tellers on a Wednesday at 11 AM. Plenty of employees . Two people walking the floor deciding which line you should wait in forever.
They don't even pick up the phone when you call them. If nobody is available the answer machine just hang up on you, not even possibility to schedule a call back.
I came in for a temporary debit card. I waited in the line that was all the way wrapped around outside, to get to the teller, just to be told I had to sign in and wait for an additional hour. I have other bank accounts and any time I’ve needed a temporary, they just print it out right then and there. I don’t appreciate having my time wasted to be pushed from one person to another over something so simple.
They don't open till 10am and the drive thru teller is not open. Only BOA drive thru is not open.nOnly a few Bank of America branches are open. Bank of America needs to reopen.nTrying to make a deposit for my elderly parents and I have to drive 15 min. Passing 2 other BOA branches and then wait in a huge line. Time to find a community bank.
