Because of them I'm seriously thinking of switching my bank. Terrible customer service. I stood outside for 30min looking at an assistant LOOKING at me....30min straightud83eudd26ud83cudfff♂ufe0f. Poor ,poor customer service.
My husband had a difficult experience at the Greenbriar location. He lost his bank card on Wednesday called the 800 # to cancel it and they told him he could stop at his neighborhood branch the next day and they would issue him a new one. The employee Ethel at the branch made up every excuse as to why she could'nt help him until the gentelmen at the branch at the branch stepped in and encouraged her to help him. Has COVID-19 made people too lazy to do their job, they just want to sit on their backsides and literally do nothing. Shame on her.
Everyone was super nice, but I had to wait 20 minutes just to see a teller and another 10 for the payment to be processed. They need more people working not just directing the work, but doing the work. At least a line that lets people know who is next. Absurd.
The only thing I don’t like is they have you sitting in a little waiting room before you can actually go to an teller, but besides that very quick services I wanna personally thank the young lady Ms. Kimberly! Excellent Customer Service!!!!! My teller Ms.Anglea Was Very Professional As Well.
