I've been with them for over 15yrs. Here lately there are long lines and I can't take my money out to pay my bills. I had to go four days in a row. I was also told tonpay ten dollars to get a cashier's check if I wanted more. Why can't I just get what's mine at once?

The manager did contact me about the concerns I had. I greatly appreciate Ms. George taking time to talk to me and trying to rectify the problem. Ms. George asked me for my email address while we were on the phone. Ms. George verbally communicated to me and emailed me saying she would type up a letter for me in this matter. She said she would email me the letter Friday morning. I noticed it was afternoon and I hadn't received anything from her. So I emailed her asking are you still going to email me the letter? Ms. George NEVER responded back to me at all. It's common courtesy to let your customers know if something had changed for you not to do what you said you would do. I will never do business with this location again because it has been proven that upper management and the bank tellers are very unprofessional and dishonest. I'm very disappointed in the outcome.
he automated system and waits are totally unacceptable. resetting my username/password for online service took over a hour and there was no resolution. Your company really needs to focus on convenience and catch up with other banks.nnThank you!
