Something is always wrong with the drive thru. Employees don't come outside to let you know there is a problem; they just have you sitting in your car waiting. I had to call to find out the problem. I scheduled a phone appointment with someone and they never called. I scheduled an in person appointment that was not honored because they were short staff but I didn't receive any type of follow up message saying they could not meet with me. This bank needs new management ASAP!!!
After reading the reviews I have decided the problem must have been the customers. These people were very nice and helpful and professional. My service was top notch!! Outstanding service!!
Needs more bankers ! 2 lady’s Behind window but only 1 is actually waiting on guest , line is about 4-5 people ud83dude29 & im so sick of this location ATM never worksnnAt this point just get rid of the ATM this is my second review and I’m just pulling up to get cash it the ATM is off . 12:39am 3/3/2021 smh
The bank opens at 9:15am or later, whenever they feel like coming to work. Smh
