Every body works like zombiesnThey do not care about the customer out side, heat, raining,nCold.... customers waiting to deposit money, 1 teller, 5 windows, 10 customer with money, waiting..and waiting
Terrible service. Went in to close my account (how ironic) and Andrés basically told me that he could not do anything. When I told him that I waited over an hour in the cold rain, he shrugged his shoulders and told me to have a good day. This branch needs to fire every employee and get more professional staff. Bank of America as a whole is terrible and has poor customer service.
During this COVID-19 when most branches are shut down and social distancing is mandated in those that are open, I appreciate this branch taking great care of their customer’s well being, imagine they’re sharing bottles of water to those waiting outside and apologizing for the wait ‘incessantly’!!!
The lines are long because this is a popular bank. But it's clear everyone who works here cares about their customers. They're always so kind and still have smiles on their faces despite how crazy friday afternoons are. Thank you guys!
Unfortunately, this location is very slow. They would be better if they were fully staffed. The workers are nice, but they provide very slow service.
