I had such an amazing experience at this location yesterday! I called ahead to see if they had it machine that makes name tags which they do so I went in. I was greeted by Chris! He showed me how to use the machine it was very attentive. I then had questions about What kitten food to get since my kitten wasn't eating, he took me through every single good brand of food, comparing ingredients and protein levels, and what would be best suited for my kitten. I would have been completely lost without him. I then checked out with Scott! She was so very kind, and attentive. I forgot that I wanted to get cat shampoo, and she took me through every single brand that they had suitable for cats and compared ingredients as well! We found the perfect soap for my cat and cat wipes. These two people are extremely pleasant have a conversation with! They even gave me a free sample of a dry cat food! I absolutely will be back to see these two amazing employees again. To say they want above and beyond is an understatement. Thanks guys! Oh and my cat loveeed the tiki cat brand!!!

Great staff, everyone is so knowledgeable and helpful. We learned a lot while shopping there about what works best for our dog. My dog didn't really like his kibble, and they were able to recommend a different kibble that had different flavor. My dog isn't food motivated but they also had some samples of Gibonns treats and Wild Meadow Farms treats and my dog is obsessed with them. I love knowing that they are also really low in fat and are good for my dog. Thanks so much!

I can’t express enough how helpful every employee is at this location! I shop herenfrequently and use the pet wash station which is always clean and put together. My most recent visit was to find a new dry food for my dog. Scott assisted me and when I say “assisted” I mean schooled me in any brand I had questions on, broke down all the main ingredients and pretty much gave a background on the company itself. I’ve never met a group of employees who are so passionate about animals and knowledgeable about what is actually in there store. Loyal Companion in Stoneham for the win!
