They don't answer the phone during business hours. The answering machine ask you to leave a name and number so they can call you but then it automatically hangs up. They were notified of the problem a month ago yet it persists.

If I could leave negative stars, I would.nnLike almost every other review. This branch is TERRIBLE. After having BB&T for 8 years, I am sadly transferring my accounts to a new provider.nnI have never been made to feel so belittled by employees, much less the branch manager. I have had better customer service at McDonalds. I expect more respect from someone I am paying to handle my finances.nnDo yourself a favor and go to literally any other bank in Statesboro.

The absolute worst BB&T ever. I recently went there to get a permanent debit and they told me to wait 5-7 business days for it to show up in the mail. I don’t understand why I couldn’t get a permanent card at the bank rather than have it mailed to me. Until then, they gave me another temporary card.

This is the WORST bbt ever . Their atm never works , customer service ALWAYS slow & they never know what they’re talking about . Wouldn’t let me deposit money in my account because I lost my entire life (license, id, birth certificate) and had to wait 2 weeks for a new id in the mail , causing that same account to close , I went in the next day and paid the remaining balance off and attempted to just open a new account . They told me “it’s policy I wait a year to create a new one” and I knew that was false so I just went online and created a new account in my own . This is the only bbt that ALWAYS gives me problems .

A bank that WONT ACCEPT CASH! I’m all the way in Atlanta and my boyfriend can’t put cash in my account! What if I had an emergency? This is absurd! I am switching banks immediately and will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
