1 teller, 7 people waiting, 2 CSRs looking pretty and sitting at their desks. They should all be fired! That poor teller trying his best. I felt terrible for him.

Literally, the slowest of Bank of America greater Orlando Branches! No organization...nnI usually have to go to Winter Park (17-92) to get timely service.nnUpdate: after hour of sitting and unused employees doing nothing... I was told to make an appointment but the app for making appointments doesn’t allow appointments for more than three months....

Absolutely unacceptable service. 6 people in line and ONE teller. Stood in line close to 15 minutes before another teller showed up. Still had to wait.
