We were floored with the awesome service we recieved. Chris was amazing with helping us find a suit that fits my fiance just right and making it fit our tight deadline. Other places we went did not compare in how nice and helpful these employees were. And the price was super reasonable. We are so happy with the store, will definitely be back.

My fiancé and I came in looking for a suit for our elopement in a pressing time today. The manager Jerry did an amazing job by helping us with all our needs, he truly made the experience for us, it wasn’t just the suit that sold us but his hospitality! Lakeland Florida.

Bennett going here for years. Super helpful and great customer service. The tailor is great and has always gotten it right. The selection is nice for mens clothes. There is very professional options and some more casual styles to select from. Ties, so many ties. You will always find one you like. Will continue due to come here for my clothing and fitting needs.

I ordered a tux for me and my son for a wedding on Sunday 3/15. They guaranteed me it would be here on Thursday 3/12. He also advised that when I get the phone call to come in as soon as possible just in case there are any issues. I didn't get a call on Thursday so I called on Friday morning (today) at 10:10 when they opened. The guy advised me that my son's tux was in but mine wasn't and it would be there sometime today. I advised him that my son gets out of school at 4pm and we would come in then. I arrived and the shirt and pants didn't fit me and the shoes and vest didn't fit my son. I was then advised that the warehouse in Atlanta closed at 4pm so they couldn't get replacements. I asked why it wasn't here on Thursday and he told me that the guy I originally dealt with didn't know the guarantee by Thursday was if the wedding was on Saturday but because my event was on Sunday the guarantee was Friday. I asked for a refund and the guy gave it to me.nnWhat good is a refund at this point and why does their warehouse close before the store closes on a guaranteed day!!!!nnCould not find anything for me and my son. Went back to J.A.B. and Austin was a great help and we were able to work it out and we were able to get our tux for the wedding. Thank you Austin we give you 5 stars for all your help.nnI will change my rating, however, J.A.B. needs to change their policies on what a guarantee really is and why the warehouse closes before the stores on guaranteed days.
