Checking for sports equipment young associate welcomed me in and promptly asked if she could help me find whatever it was I was looking for. She was pleasant, courtesy,knowledgeable, and nice to talk with. We found what I was looking for unfortunately not at a price that was suitably willing to pay. I will be back due to A plus service skills!! She had the store extremely clean and in order even in this covid era. I saw a lot of articles that interest me but was there with one thing in mind. Might go back to purchase gifts for my girls and boys.
Walked in with my 2 boys to buy cleats. 5 peoplenBehind the counter and not one person reached out to help, let alone greet us!! I will take my business elsewhere!! I owned a retail business for 15 years and that is totally unprofessional!!!
Really irritated with Hibbett Sports. I ordered cleats for my middle schooler on Feb 1st since they didn't have her size in stock. They didn't have ANY cleat in her size to even try on so we were guessing what size to get. We were supposed to have them by Friday. I called on Saturday, exactly a week later and was told it was marked as undeliverable on the 2nd. They only have one pair in that size and it was damaged??? No phone call or any kind of heads up. Now I have to find another pair of cleats for her, she has already been playing for 2 weeks and to top it off I have to drive back to the store to get my refund. I will not be shopping at Hibbett Sports ever again.
Good Staff and nice collection of shoes and other accessories.
Friendly service. Always find cute kids shoes! They care plus size nike women's clothing too!
