I work for Polk County School Board and they require for us to have shoes that meet their work standards & because of the pandemic certain shoes have not been available, so I wasn't able to get the style and size that I really wanted so I took what they had at the time.. but after trying the shoes, they just didn't fit, Mr. Mike was so accommodating he told me to come back in and he would do what he could..I ended up getting the exact size and style that I wanted from the beginning..Thankyou Mr. Mike for your exceptional service... I am so Grateful that you are taking care of the school board employees...
I went here with low expectations. I have short, wide feet and finding shoes that fit is rare. We walked in and were immediately greeted by not one but TWO employees. I explained my situation to the person assisting me and walked out with two pairs of really cute sandals that fit, sandals that won't slip because they're too big. I am so happy this place was suggested to me by my coworker. I'll definitely be back.
This is the Best store for selection and old fashioned customer service. They are expecting to carry Harley Davidson Brand boots and accessories soon
Staff was very helpful and polite. Would recommend.
