Great customer service! Karina help me out getting shoes for all 5 kids. She was the only one in the store and took great care of me and all the other customer with a great attitude. Will definitely go back.

Recently went into this location to get my daughter some shoes... the manager (I didn’t catch her name but she was a young girl with purple hair) was very attentive to my daughter and I. She was very patient and understanding when my daughter didn’t like any of the shoes, and helped us find the perfect pair! I will definitely be coming back.

Ok so let me tell you guys about the manager Angie at Journeys Kidz. I went in the store and ordered my daughter some shoes for school because they did not have her actual size available at the moment in the store. I was unaware at the time that the shoes would not be coming to my home when I ordered them and that they were going to be delivered to the store and that it would take longer than I expected to receive them. I called the customer service line and they told me that I would have to speak with the store about the whole ordeal. I could not track the shoes or anything and I needed them for the upcoming school year. Well I spoke with Angie and she went above and beyond to ensure that I got the shoes for my daughter. I was so satisfied she did not give me any problems at all. Thank you Angie and thank you Journeys for hiring such a kindhearted person!
