A bit small but they have all the basic fish people are looking for. Cool pond and tank near register. Goldfish looked very healthy. Lots of shrimp for sale. The entrance is underneath the All About Blinds sign.
I love Darrell's shop. He is very personable and knowledgeable. He will order you almost anything you can imagine. Even shark eggs. I recommend checking Darrell's shop out if you haven't already!
We’ve bought plants from here they all were healthy. Darrells opened right when the pandemic hit. This aquarium store has items and fish both salt water and fresh water tanks! Please help boost their business as they are local and opened at such a hard time. :) shop local!
I am hoping this is an uncommon occurance judging by other rave reviews. But, here is my experience.nnI purchased 2 angelfish from Darrell's 4 days ago. Once home, I tested the water they came in and was reading a crazy high ~160ppm. Extremely concerning, particularly with how sensitive angelfish are. I slowly introduced my water to the bag to avoid shock, but one still died the very first day. The second just followed. Both exhibited typical nitrate poisoning symptoms of lethargy, trouble swimming straight, gasping, and eventually laying on the bottom of the tank.nnI purchased 4 other angelfish that day. 1 from Nolans, and 3 from Pet World in Auburndale. All of them are flourishing.nnI reached out to Darrel after the first fish died and never heard back about his warranty.
