I have banked with this branch since it opened. Never a problem always very friendly. I supect the 1 star reviews is from people that over draw.
If I would be able to give zero stars I would this is the WORST bank EVER. Not only where they charging me a monthly fee with my deposits being over the limit they listed to have a free account and when I noticed and called the outsources call center where I barely understood the rep it was a hassle to get my money put back on my account, but the people in this particular branch are a very UNHELPFUL bunch. The two times that I had an issue no one was willing to help. Let's not even talk about how the app only works every other day... I will be closing this account immediately...
Pretty sure this is the worst bank ever. Closed my account for fraud that wasn’t in my control then won’t give me my money and it’s been over ten days and have nothing or no food. Call the 1-800-suntrust number and verify my information and he lady says she can’t help me because my license number is different well duh I just renewed it on my birthday. Worst customer service and inhumanity to hold someone’s money for over ten days when you were told 3-5 days. Got it together because as a company you totally are worthless.
It's a nice location. The people inside are quite friendly. I haven't had any problems.
They were giving me a extremely hard time when trying to cash in a check to my fathers account and they kept trying to push for me to open an account with them . I have never had an issuse doing so in anyother SunTrust bank. Would recommend to steer clear from this establishment.
