Manager is rude and clueless tellers and staff act like they really don’t want to be there. Bottom line Bank of America is the most crooked bank in America.
I hate coming here for so many reasons. Bad customer service and alien tellers. Cashing a check here is such a process.
Fast and efficient. Never had any issues. Been banking with bofa for 3 years now. Also all of the negative reviews, kind of confusing. They have a number on the back of your debit card for customer service line which I’ve used many times and in most cases, they can handle 95% of what financial centers can do. So why go in person and get bent out of shape, when most things you can do on the phone, online, or in the mobile app. I get if you need to bring cash to the bank but even that you can do at the atm. You can literally open an account online and don’t even need to go in branches these days. Some people are old fashioned, but times change and we need to keep up with the technology aspect. 5 stars for bofa. Thanks for all you guys do!
I walked into the lobby around 2 o’clock today needing to do a wire transfer. I was greeted and assisted by Jessica C. in the first five minutes that I was there. Everyone was friendly and pleasant - I’m not sure what all of these negative reviews are about.
