I brought a 2019 Ford F150 from Elder Ford of Tampa and I will recommend Elder Ford to everyone but this Financial company GTE if I knew they was dirty and wrong I wouldn't done business with them this was my biggest mistakes was trusting GTE credit union when I got my truck I had the best of everything in insurance even gap insurance this sorry Financial company GTE charge me 2.200 and some changes for their sorry insurance that I didn't know nothing about and that wrong the only thing they care about is ripping people's off but don't worry it won't happen again to me I will not recommend GTE Financial to anyone

I really don’t like to post negative reviews... but I had a measly $200 in a savings account here and when I closed the account they charged me a six dollar fee. I went to the branch and spoke to someone who would not reverse the fee.nI hope they get famous for this petty behavior.nnUPDATE/EDIT- I posted a complaint to the National Credit Union Association, and a week later I got my money refunded. ALONG WITH a sassy worded letter telling me they disagree with the refund.

Here lately for the past several months the service is very horrible. They have meetings first thing in the morning so when you get there at 9 am when it opens you have to wait over an hour just to see somebody. I also applied for a auto loan here and after calling every month and driving out of my way to go to the branch for 3 months straight because they could not give me a loan book for my vehicle... There were several complications regarding the loan book. One excuse was they didn't finish their job in order to get the loan book completed after 4 phone calls by me. Then I had to pay a $10 fee for a loan book receiving it three months later. On top of the fee I have to pay extra just to make my payment by mail. GTE Financial forces you to have online banking. Which is crazy!! People shouldn't be forced to do paperless. I don't do anything Banking online due to hackers. Even if the security site is locked I still don't trust it.They charge $5 every month to have you pay your credit card payment by mail. Which they never told me when I signed up for it..I found out by getting a e-mail from my personal email account saying I got a electronic GTE credit card payment. In all your savings account and checking account statements do you have to pay a monthly fee to have them sent in the mail.

We have been with GTE FCU for around 8 years now, never had an issue with our account that wasn't resolved right away.nnI was reluctant when they transitioned over to teller machines instead of actual people, but do enjoy being able to deposit cash from the car into the ATM at any hour vs waiting until they open.nnOnly giving 4 stars though because the drive thru ATM only accepts cash like 8 out of every 10 times I go...
