The ATM at the location turned off when I was in the middle of a deposit. It a as after 8pm so of course you can't call anyone to help. Made an appointment for the next day, for which the manager told me that they'd have to put a request in that there was nothing they could do at that moment even though I requested them look at cameras. At which point the conversation got heated and I was told to simmer down by one of their employees. When I refused, the employee actually threatened me. Real professional bank. Steal people's money and get angry and unprofessional when you try to get it back.

Stood inside in line for 10 minutes nobody in front of me all 3 tellers behind the glass Ridiculous.

Love this bank. Nice location. Great after hours ATM. The customer service Consultant STACEY CUNDIFF, is very helpful and helped get my money and the bank's money back from a retailer who went out of business. Complicated transaction that the phone service bank personal screwed up big time. Stacey has great knowledge and knows how to get stuff done.nnTrevic Baker - is the best & most helpful of the tellers.nnUnfortunately the other Tellers have confused my deposits time and time again to my frustration. They have been more argumentative then helpful.nTrevic Baker knows how to navigate different banks customer's needs and apply solutions to issues. Trevic has been very helpful & grants me peace of mind. I try to only go to him when i am in line.nnThank you

Walk in with cash and just need a few smaller bills and they won't do it if you don't have an account?? That is crazy! Not even friendly about it. I am looking for a new bank. This won't be it.
