CLOSED LOCATION... businesses are using COVID as an excuse to lower their customer service standards...
You're closed. No explanation why, for how long, or permanent? Why couldn't a sign explain that? Must not care about customers. Someone could update the website which says you're open till 4 so someone wouldn't drive across town in heavy traffic for nothing.
Nine people in line...one teller...what a joke...I recommend Bank of Central Florida if you are interested in good service.
If you have to see a teller expect a 15 wait plus, my company banks here and unfortunately I am the one who has the luxury of depositing our checks. I bank with Center state and Midflorida and the customer experience, timely service is not even comparable.
Been waiting online for over 15 mins to deposit one check. They have one teller. This is ridiculousnWalked out to find a bank who provides customer service and not customer aggravation
