Exceptional service all the way around - I have been a BB&T Client for several years now, both on the Personal and Commercial side of things. I would highly recommend not only this bank, but the Downtown St Petersburg location. Friendly service, quick account updates, and knowledgeable staff!
Our office just moved to the BB&T building a month ago and it's been great so far! The management staff is friendly and professional, the building gym and common area is really nice and always well kept. I couldn't be happier w/ the location!
Branch manager got into a screaming match over parking. He was yelling in a woman's face. DISGUSTING. THIS BANK IS TRASH
Once I see the outcome, I will determine my review. So far, I am not impressed.
